Air Source Heat Pump is up and running!

This barn conversion project in Lockerbie is now wind and watertight, with a new slate roof and triple glazed windows, this highly insulated building is now heating up nicely via an Air Source Heat Pump & underfloor heating. Externally, the stone & lime mortar repairs use recycled stone from the farm alongside new sandstone lintels and cills.

With this project we have provided a full architectural service throughout, obtaining planning and building warrant approval, preparing the construction documentation and managing the tendering process for our clients. We are now providing contract administration services during construction and are very much looking forward to seeing this completed on site. Sun Room complete!

The ‘wee sunroom’ in Wellbank, near Broughty Ferry is now complete. We visited at the weekend and it was lovely to see the clients enjoying this space and adding their own finishing touches.
