This project involves the alteration and extension of an existing stone cottage in Moffat.

The concept involves retaining & reusing the existing stone retaining walls of the garage to create a plinth for a lightweight timber framed kitchen/dining extension to the south. And to the north, a second extension acts as an extrusion of the bedroom wing to provide additional storage and a garden room stretching out to the woods beyond.

For this project we are providing full architectural service through to completion on site.
