NEW BUILD HOUSE, CALLANDER

New build low energy 4 bedroomed house on the shores of Loch Venachar.  The house follows passive house principles of incorporating high levels of insulation and air tightness within the construction and adopts renewable energy technology with an air source heat pump delivering all heating and hot water.  Zinc, cedar and stone materials were combined to provide a robust and enduring presence alongside high performance triple glazed windows which take advantage of the stunning views in the unique landscape setting.
