This project involved an attic conversion, roof extension & major refurbishment of an existing house in Clarkston. The works involved removing & extending the rear of the existing hipped roof to create an enlarged first floor over the existing rear extension.  A large zinc clad dormer provides additional head height in the master bedroom, en-suite and home gym.  A large combination roof light captures views to Flender's Fields beyond.

The reconfiguration at ground floor involved splitting a large bathroom in two parts to create a ground floor en-suite (for future accessibility) and walk in shower room.  The existing stair was not compliant and so this was replaced with a new oak stair lit from above with a generous skylight.

For this project we provided a full architectural service to completion on site ensuring our client received a high quality finish with the works finished ahead of time.
