At the beginning of a project we often advise carrying out a feasibility study since this allows us to 'test' the project in order to establish that it is capable of execution and that it will meet the desired ambition. Most projects need to have their feasibility checked under a number of topics, including site capability, planning constraints, time and cost.
Moving on from the initial stages, we can provide architectural services throughout planning, building warrant, tender and administration of the building contract during construction. On smaller domestic projects, clients may prefer to project manage during construction and we are happy to facilitate this.
In our role as architect, we are the main point of contact for our clients and act as the Lead Consultant throughout the project, working alongside other construction professionals to form the design team. We can provide assistance to our clients by advising on the appointment of other consultants.
